So you're still standing in the rain, rain
under a clear winter night.
Standing in the rain your smile I get,
standing in the rain I find my memory.
I always remember standing in the rain, a dust
dying stars in your hair and your voice
born of the depths of your eyes and your hands tired
that were in the wind
and that leaden sky and the sound of the trees
and dry leaf that fell on you
breast and slept in the evening dew and crimping your lashes
diamonds in your black dress.




So you're still remotely close distance
from your shadow and silence.
My heart calls you walk in the rain,
standing in the rain you come in the dream.
Life is so small it fits in one night.
Maybe it was that I found myself in the shade with your kiss

taste in your mouth and the smell of your body.
